Beautiful Onomea Bay
This is the beach that is a good walk from our place on the scenic route, by the botanical garden. I hope to go here everyday possible, since it is a great place for Haridas to do all the things he can't do in the house...splash water everywhere, throw heavy rocks, get muddy, and climb on everything. It's so peaceful and tranquel.
Our Next Move!
I'm so excited about the next place we will be moving to. Our good friends that are moving to the mainland have offered their house for us to rent in Hawaiian Paradise Park. The 1 acre yard is a dream come true, with two coconut trees, a breadfruit tree, old growth mango trees, a grapefruit tree, papaya trees, and even a little vegetable garden with greens! The house is a really cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a porch that is as long as the whole house! And the icing on this cake is the new front loader washing machine! We are so thankful for this offer, and I credit it all to Williams wonderful service to all who we have been caretakers for. The funniest thing about this place, is that it will be available in 'early August', and this baby is due August 7th. We will probably move right after the baby is born, but it would be really nice if the baby could be born there, since it is more private and so beautiful. It's all in God's hands, and surely adds another fun suprise to this little one's arrival!

Pink Roses!
William was so sweet and brought home these pink roses! They're so beautiful...almost unreal! I had a really hard day yesterday with Haridas being very defiant and out of control, and with me being emotional and pregnant. He brought these to brighten my day.
I realized that Haridas really needs to be in nature more. Today we went on an hour walk to Onomea Bay, which is part of the botanical gardens on the scenic route. We spent over 2 hours there and he had so much fun. When we are just hanging around the house all day, he starts to ask for a change in not the most pleasant way. When we are in nature, there is no conflict or boredom whatsoever. Another contributing factor is that all of his kiddy play friends are off the island right now, and he has only been around adults for over 2 weeks now.
After a nice day at a beautiful nature spot, he seems so much happier. The nearby playground doesn't compare to the fun he had throwing rocks into the river, climbing on rocks and watching the waves. Nature is so humbling and welcoming, integrating and connecting within the soul! I plan on going to this bay everyday, weather permitting, since I need to walk as much as possible right now to make sure the baby is in a good position before it gets too big to move. I hope to see a very happy little boy after several days full of nature time. :sigh:

Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day to all the fathers! I hope everyone has a good one! William has to work, but we have some artistic suprises for him when he gets home! :)
More Crochet Projects!
Thanks to the new yarn gifted to me by Grampa Kalyan, I have made a new pair of shorts and capris. I'm so thankful to have some yarn to work with. I have been needing the creative outlet for 2 1/2 years now!
I've also started a website exclusively for what I crochet. It's called Mama Loves Ewe, and soon after the baby arrives, I hope to start selling what I make! I may change it to www.mamalovesewe.com later on. Check it out here: http://www.freewebs.com/mamalovesewe/

Baby Dreams
William had a dream of the baby being a boy, and was born breathing well, and didn't cry much. I haven't had any dreams about this baby yet! When I was pregnant with Haridas, I had so many dreams of a little boy. I think that I'm more busy with this pregnancy, so I'm not constantly wondering, which is maybe why I'm not having baby dreams. Everyone, including me, feels like it's a girl. We'll find out soon enough!

"Thank You, Lord, For Ice Cream!"
Ha ha ha! Every night we say our little goodnight prayer thanking God for another day and anything we feel inspired to be thankful for. Well, Haridas has now made it routine to say "Thank You, Lord, for ice cream!" It's pretty cute and funny...but he does have an obsession with ice cream...so much that we don't get it because he'll beg for it all the time. So, he only gets it on rare occasions, but pretends all of his toys are ice cream all the time! What a funny boy!

In Loving Memory Of My Great Aunt Mary
My Great Aunt Mary passed away last Friday at the age of 93, at home and in her sleep. She had a stroke last month, and her daughters Gina and Pam took her off of life support a week before she passed on. She is my Grandmothers younger sister on my father's side. I am sending loving prayers for her and the family as they gather this coming Saturday in loving memory of Aunt Mary. God bless her soul.
An article about her was featured in the local newspaper. Click here to read it.

If Ever The Videos Here Don't Work...
...Click here to go to the site that I upload them to. Click 'view' on the specific video you want to watch.
For some reason the videos have not been working here lately for me, although they used to work fine. I don't know if it's my computer or a glitch in the website, but it works from the direct site. Hope that helps! :)

Flute Song
Here's Haridas playing a song on the flute! It was taken at dusk in a dark corner, so you can't see too much, but you can hear it!

Haridas's new swing!
We made this swing for Haridas and he loves it! We bring it to the playground and hook it up there, too, since they take the swings away when school gets out (for liability). Here's more footage of the little guy in action!
